Lucian J. Gandolfo was ordained in 1996, has an earned PhD in Theology, and has served in various ministry leadership offices, to include two previous Senior Pastorates in Newark, NJ and Brooklyn, NY.  After serving as a Deacon at Beacon Baptist Church, in September 2023 Lucian was elected by the congregation to succeed the late Dr. Wayne Guinn as the church's Senior Pastor for a 1-3 year term.  Pastor Gandolfo and his wife Denise have been residing in Florida since 2014, and together they have eight adult children and seven grandchildren. Denise is Lucian's amazing helper, and she leads a thriving Beacon Baptist Church Women's Ministry.

Caleb and Christine were raised in Fort Lauderdale and moved to Melbourne in 2018 to serve at Beacon. They love their family, the beach, coffee, and fellowship with friends. They are a growing family and God has blessed them with 4 sons - Caedyn, Cyrus, Chancellor, and Cohen. Pastor Caleb participates in various aspects of the ministry including teens, seniors, and preaching, while Christine is heavily involved in our nurseries and women’s ministry.
